2Cultural is operated by Relatos Digitales LLC. This notice describes information handled through this website’s public Brand Radar experience and inquiry forms.

Brand Radar queries

When you run a signal check, you submit a Brand and Market / Location, along with the selected language. The query is sent to configured AI providers for analysis, including OpenAI, Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude. Those providers may process submitted query content under their applicable service terms and policies.

Do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in Brand or Market fields. AI observations may be incomplete or inaccurate; the public signal check is not source verification.

The public Brand Radar nugget does not intentionally store full provider outputs as inquiry data. Results are displayed in the page; submitting an inquiry carries the relevant Brand, Market and language context rather than the full AI responses.

Inquiry information

Contact, audit and Brand Radar inquiry forms collect the information you choose to submit. Depending on the form, this may include name, email, company or role, topic, brand, market, category, objective or message, and language.

Inquiries are delivered through Resend, our configured email service, so 2Cultural can respond to your request. Inquiry details are not sent to the AI providers as part of submitting a contact form. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your inquiry.

Abuse prevention and technical information

Our custom rate-limit layer uses privacy-preserving identifiers to help prevent abuse. It uses a hashed visitor identifier and does not intentionally store raw IP addresses in its quota records.

Hosting, email and AI service providers may process technical request information under their own terms and policies. The custom rate-limit behavior does not mean that every third-party system stores no IP addresses or technical records.

Language preferences

Brand Radar may remember your selected interface language in your browser. This preference does not contain your Brand Radar query or inquiry message.

Service providers and retention

We use hosting, email and AI services to operate the website, deliver inquiries and provide requested analysis. Their applicable terms and policies govern their processing. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion schedule or retention period for inquiries, email records or provider processing.
